Ramen Contest Contestants
Coming from JAPAN, MENYA DAI will show us the salt sauce that brings out the maximum flavor of the scallops and the creamy pork bone soup that has been cooked for a long time are the best match! Super premium noodles created by Menya Dai, which has won numerous awards in Japan, will be served at JAPAN Fes in New York!
A New York staple, TORIBRO Ramen will serve House made genuine organic chicken paitan soup featuring incredible flavor for this Ramen Contest, a classic!
Another New York local, Youta Ramen, will offer the Youta Tonkotsu Ramen. This housemade Fukuoka Tonkotsu is their signature dish, made with a broth that is kept on a rolling boil for 16 hours and slowly reduced by decreasing the temperature.
