Steve, the manager of BILLIKEN, was trained in Osaka, Japan, at Kukuru in 2018-2019.

Takoyaki is a ball of dough that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, filled with octopus, green onions, and ginger. At BILLIKEN, we also offer a cheesy version!

Each serving is topped with a sweet and savory sauce, a drizzle of mayonnaise, shredded bonito flakes, and a sprinkle of seaweed. Itadakimasu!
