Sushi tacos are a fusion dish that combines elements of Japanese sushi with the form factor of Mexican tacos. Instead of the traditional tortilla shell used in Mexican tacos, sushi tacos typically feature a crispy nori shell. The fillings often include a variety of sushi ingredients such as rice, raw fish (salmon and so on), beef, eel, cucumber, and other traditional sushi accompaniments. Sometimes, our house special fusion elements will be added for additional flavor.
Takoyaki is a soul food from Osaka and in Kansai region. They are made from flour, Dashi broth, octopus, tempura and some vegetables.
Our resident bakers worked with counterparts from Hokkaido, Japan to further improve the recipe of this baked pastry to ensure sustainable uniqueness in its taste and texture. The soft and creamy center is made with a blend of three different high-quality specialty cheeses; piped into a crunchy shortcrust pastry base.
